Juan Toves Joins Empower AI as Chief Growth Officer

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Empower AI announces the appointment of Juan Toves as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Juan succeeds Paul Harrington, who is departing the company to return to his consulting practice. We thank Paul for his leadership and contributions to our growth efforts and wish him continued success. Paul will remain a member of Empower AI’s Advisory Board.

In his new role, Juan will lead Empower AI's enterprise growth strategy, business development, and capture operations across the defense and civilian markets. His appointment reflects our continued focus on delivering solutions that support customer missions and long-term impact.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Peraton.
