DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Formstack, the company behind industry-leading digital form and workflow tools, today announced a significant milestone in its evolution: a change in its corporate name to Intellistack, along with the relocation of its headquarters from Fishers, Indiana to Denver, Colorado.
