Department Agrees to Participate in Mediation

The Utah Insurance Department and three insurance companies it regulates, Sentinel Security Life Insurance Company, Haymarket Insurance Company, and Jazz Reinsurance Company have agreed to pause their pending litigation and participate in mediation.
