Jackson Smith Joins Trial Firm Lyons & Simmons in Dallas

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lyons & Simmons, LLP has announced that attorney Jackson C. Smith has joined the trial firm as an associate, further enhancing the firm’s resources in representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Recognized this year by the The Best Lawyers in America guide as one of the nation’s top young attorneys, Smith joins the firm from the Dallas office of Winston & Strawn LLP, and previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jane J. Boyle of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and as an intern for the Honorable Amos Mazzan III, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Smith earned his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School, where he served as Senior Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law, and received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Alabama.
