Exchange Bank Announces Jessica Dominguez, Branch Manager

SANTA ROSA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Exchange Bank (OTC: EXSR) is pleased to announce Jessica Dominguez as assistant vice president and branch manager supporting the St. Francis location at 136 Calistoga Road, Santa Rosa, CA.

Dominguez joined Exchange Bank in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience from various banking roles. She initially served as a Relationship Banker at the Dutton branch before expanding her expertise in our Trust and Investment team. Realizing her passion for customer interaction, she transitioned back to retail banking at the Windsor branch in 2023. There, she deepened her engagement with the community, volunteering with local nonprofits and actively participating in professional organizations.

Dominguez is a dedicated community advocate, a member of Windsor Rotary, and an active participant in the Windsor Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the membership committee for the Sonoma County Women’s Professional Group.

Beyond her professional commitments, Dominguez is a devoted mother and enjoys outdoor activities, exploring different cuisines, and playing on the Exchange Bank softball team, where she has been the pitcher for the past two years.
