Racepoint Hires New Heads of Creative and Strategy to Bolster Offering

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, earned-first marketing agency Racepoint Global announced two key leadership positions: Erin Hauswirth, SVP, Head of Creative, and Jimmy Doucette, SVP, Head of Strategy and Health.

Throughout her career, she’s specialized in making ads that don’t feel like ads at all, such as a code-your-own adventure film or fictional 3D print shop. With an eye for disruption, her work has been celebrated in places such as the Tribeca Film Festival, the One Show, the Webby's, and the Clio Awards.

Jimmy Doucette is an incisive strategist and healthcare leader that has a knack for making the complex compelling. With over fifteen years’ experience, he’s worked on experiential strategy for brands like Guinness, Samsung and Under Armour — helping to design unforgettable experiences (CX) across every customer touchpoint. And he brings deep expertise from across the healthcare space — neurology, oncology, immunology, and infectious diseases — collaborating with industry leaders such as Pfizer, Biogen, and GSK to turn dense information into incredible stories.
