A Proven Leader in Growth and Strategy

With a career spanning multibillion-dollar corporations and high-growth ventures, Knopp-Gwynne has held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Chewy, and multiple private equity-backed companies. As General Manager of Chewy’s $4B Autoship Subscription Business, she led initiatives that added $800M in new revenue, improved customer retention, and expanded personalized offerings. She has also founded and successfully exited a global MarTech company and served as a strategic advisor for private equity firms.
