Terrafina Announces Acquisition of Industrial Properties for US$24.1 Million

MEXICO CITY--()--Terrafina (“Terrafina” or “the Company”) (BMV:TERRA13), a leading Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (“FIBRA”), externally advised by PGIM Real Estate and dedicated to the acquisition, development, lease and management of industrial real estate properties in Mexico, today announced the closing of the acquisition of two Class A industrial properties for US$24.1 million, excluding taxes and transaction costs. These assets will be financed with remaining proceeds from the follow-on offering concluded in July 2017.
