Civic and Ethical Duty With a Pursuit for Equity: America’s Child Identity Guardian Sues Enterprise Holdings for Fraud

SubscriberWise founder, global credit czar, and national child identity guardian David Howe applauds AZ Attorney General Brnovich while attempting to imitate his duty, courage, and success

PHOENIX--()--SubscriberWise, the nation’s largest issuing CRA for the communications industry and the leading protector of children victimized by identity fraud, announced today the federal lawsuit filed by company founder, U.S. Credit Czar, and America’s baby and child identity guardian.

Credit Czar David Howe applauds AG Brnovich: Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich (AG) announced a $1.85 million judgment against a Phoenix-based rental car company for defrauding consumers

The complaint with supporting facts were filed on April 3, 2018, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (Case 2:18CV218).

  • (National Manager, on the record, at FLL instantly acknowledges the so called ‘damage’ that was used to implicate Howe is “small enough, that’s fine” and not necessary to report. Once it’s determined that this ‘damage’ is actually ‘wear and tear’ by Enterprise’s own ‘damage evaluator’ the vehicle is mysteriously found to have new damage which was used to create a legitimate claim. The subsequent photos with the new damage were inserted into a PDF and sent to Howe to substantiate the money demand. Lee Port Authority police launched a criminal investigation after reviewing the evidence and the money demand ended on the same day as the police started investigating. National management dismissed the entire event as ‘human error.’ It was all just a big mistake.)
