Tropical Storm Harvey landed in late August, just as companies nationwide were preparing to carry out their Annual Enrollment (AE) period over the fall and winter months. AE is a crucial time for many HR teams tasked with guiding employees to enroll in benefits, such as health coverage.

Empyrean maintained full service and efficiency in the face of the unprecedented natural disaster, thanks to the company’s robust technology infrastructure, cohesive teams, and strong business continuity plans.
