Visibility Generates New Revenue for Lewan Technology

Lewan Technology, an IT solution provider in Denver, CO, uses LogicMonitor to generate revenue by packaging monitoring services into a Monitoring-as-a-Service model. Unlike other products, there are no premises-based licenses and no need to dedicate infrastructure to support it. The platform has given us a fruitful way to capture revenue from monitoring.”

Virteva Monitors More and Reduces Alert Noise

Virteva is a Minneapolis-based IT managed service provider that offers a suite of ‘as-a-service’ solutions for ServiceNow and Microsoft cloud environments. They reduced costs and increased operational efficiencies by replacing multiple monitoring tools with a single solution.

Now with LogicMonitor, Virteva offers clients an unprecedented view into their IT infrastructures, decreasing the number of support tickets generated and allowing for faster fixes and less uncertainty.
