CURO Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

WICHITA, Kan.--()--CURO Group Holdings Corp. (“CURO” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,666,667 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. All of the common stock is being offered by CURO. CURO’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange today, December 7, 2017, under the ticker symbol “CURO”. The offering is expected to close on December 11, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount to cover over-allotments, if any.

CURO will use the net proceeds from this offering to purchase, repurchase, redeem, defease or otherwise repay portions of the 12.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 of CURO’s wholly-owned subsidiary and to pay related fees, expenses, premiums and accrued interest.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Jefferies LLC and Stephens Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the offering. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. is also acting as a bookrunning manager for the offering.
