Versum Materials Completes Repricing of Term Loan

TEMPE, Ariz.--()--Versum Materials, Inc. (NYSE:VSM), a leading global specialty materials supplier to the semiconductor industry, announced today that it completed the successful repricing of its existing $569 million Senior Secured Term Loan B. Under the amended term loan, the interest rate will be reduced to LIBOR plus 2.0% with a minimum floor of 0.0% from LIBOR plus 2.5% with a LIBOR floor of 0.75%. The amendment also provides for a step-down to LIBOR plus 1.75% upon achieving a total debt to consolidated EBITDA ratio of equal to or less than 2 to 1 times.
