EL PASO, Texas--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Hunt Military Communities (HMC) has recently launched a new brand for all of its properties. Focused on three key elements, HMC’s brand includes new logos, messaging and outreach.
“This new brand is a way for us to demonstrate and re-emphasize our commitment to our residents and all stakeholders involved with HMC”
“This new brand is a way for us to demonstrate and re-emphasize our commitment to our residents and all stakeholders involved with HMC,” stated John Ehle, HMC President. “We are basically a new team, so this new look and new messaging will help validate how we are continually working to earn trust by improving our residents’ experiences with us.”
As the largest, most experienced owner of military housing in the country, Hunt understands military housing, and continually strives to be the best in the industry. As Hunt Companies celebrated its 70-year anniversary this year, part of our celebration was to conduct a town hall and listen to how we can outperform our own legacy for the next 70 years.
As a result of what we learned in our town hall, we are renewing our long-standing tradition of serving those who serve with three clear promises: to build communities characterized by 5-star service, connectedness, and a culture of trust.
These promises are backed up by historical performance as well as future plans:
5-star service:
- 4 new regional maintenance director positions created to ensure 5-star service
- All HMC employees sign One Contract committed to service
- New leadership at corporate and community levels
- HMC Leadership Conference to train our teams to better serve
Connectedness:
- Increasing resident events — over 120 events and 5,000 participants in Q1 2017 to fuel connectedness
- Deployed Spouses Program
- Strategic partnership with wear blue: run to remember
- Community of over 180,000 military residents
Culture of Trust:
- 18 CEL awards received in 2016
- Named 1 of 5 great military housing options in the Reserve and National Guard Magazine (Scott Family Housing)
- Operating at 49 military installations
- Formation of a non-profit foundation (Hunt Heroes Foundation)
“These promises are now incorporated into everything HMC does, from its employee training and onboarding to resident events and communications,” stated John Ehle. “We are excited that this has officially launched and look forward to the feedback we receive from our residents and stakeholders alike.”
Hunt understands the demands of military life, including frequent moves and financial challenges and continues to strive to be responsible stewards of our duty to serve the members of the Armed Forces. We are deeply committed to honoring and serving these heroes and their families for generations to come.
