SACRAMENTO, Calif.--()--Comcast NBCUniversal today announced that it has awarded approximately $214,000 in scholarships for the 2017-18 school year to 194 California students as part of its annual Leaders and Achievers® Scholarship Program. The program, funded by the Comcast Foundation, recognizes the best and brightest high school seniors for their community service, academic performance and leadership skills.

“The students we honor today worked hard in both their classrooms and in our communities. I look forward to seeing what these students do next as they go on to college and pursue their dreams.”
