Crown Bank Announces the Resignation of Peter Dahl as CEO

MINNEAPOLIS--()--Crown Bank today announced that Peter E. Dahl has resigned as the bank’s Chief Executive Officer, effective June 30. During the planned transition, Mr. Dahl’s responsibilities have been assumed by Kevin Howk, president of the bank.

We want to express our gratitude to Peter for his many years of service,” Mr. Howk said. “Since founding the bank in June of 2000, Peter has played a critical role in our success. We look forward to the continued growth and high performance of our organization, and wish Peter well in his future endeavors.”

Mr. Dahl wishes to devote full time to his other business interests.
