Five Point Holdings, LLC Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriters' Option to Purchase Additional Shares

ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--()--Five Point Holdings, LLC (“FivePoint”), an owner and developer of mixed-use master-planned communities in coastal California, today announced the closing of its public offering of Class A common shares at $14.00 per share. FivePoint sold 24,150,000 Class A common shares, including 3,150,000 shares pursuant to the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. FivePoint's net proceeds from the offering were approximately $320 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and before offering expenses. FivePoint also received $100 million of additional proceeds from a concurrent private placement to Lennar Corporation.

FivePoint’s Class A common shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FPH.”
