Healthcare Trends Institute Launches Fourth Annual Healthcare Benefits Trends Survey

FARGO, N.D.--()--Healthcare Trends Institute, an educational platform for employers, consumers and other healthcare benefits stakeholders, announces that its fourth annual Healthcare Benefits Trends Survey is now open.

“With inevitable changes ahead in healthcare, it’s important to know more about the existing and future healthcare benefit programs employers are implementing”

Survey results will give employers a 2017 outlook as well as insights into how their peers are adopting new healthcare benefits options, including the use of defined contribution, insurance exchanges, and healthy lifestyle incentive programs. Results will also reveal where employers learn about new health benefit designs and distribution models.

Additionally, the survey includes questions about how human resources and benefits managers are educating their employees about their health plan options and the effectiveness of their communication approaches.

“With inevitable changes ahead in healthcare, it’s important to know more about the existing and future healthcare benefit programs employers are implementing,” said Tiffany Wirth, executive director, Healthcare Trends Institute. “The healthcare benefits marketplace continues to evolve, and the adoption of new healthcare benefit options is crucial for success.”

Survey responses are strictly anonymous, and participants will receive the first copy of the survey results report in January. The results will also be shared on a February webcast. To take the survey, click here.
