GCA Services Group Names Timothy H. Shea Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions

CLEVELAND--()--GCA Services Group, Inc., a leading national provider of facility services, announced today that Timothy H. Shea has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). In this new position, Mr. Shea will be responsible for overseeing GCA’s strategic growth initiatives across geographies, vertical markets, and service offerings. He will report to Bob Norton, GCA’s Chairman, President, and CEO.

Most recently, Mr. Shea served as Director, Investment Banking for Robert W. Baird & Company in Milwaukee, WI, where he was responsible for originating and executing M&A and equity transactions, as well as strategic advisory projects for clients in the facility, industrial, and rental services sectors. In that capacity, he focused particularly on janitorial, security guarding, food service, and related businesses. Prior to joining Baird, Mr. Shea served as an M&A attorney for Foley & Lardner LLP in Milwaukee.

Mr. Shea received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
