Now Able to Offer Retail and CPG Clients a Market-Leading Analytics Product by Subscription, Resulting in Enhanced Forecasting Models and Revenue Impacting Results

CHICAGO--()--Prognos, an analytics company specializing in the retail and consumer package goods (CPG) sector, announced today that they have joined SAS’ Managed Analytic Services Provider (MASP) program. Prognos, acquired by global analytics company Antuit earlier this year, specializes in providing financially measurable results to retail and CPG companies through advanced analytics solutions.

Prognos can now begin offering to clients subscription-based analytics solutions utilizing the SAS platform that can be quickly deployed while minimizing risk and reducing overhead associated with onsite implementations.

Prognos can now integrate a subscription form of the SAS analytics platform into its offerings, enabling clients of any size to have access to the same type of analytics as some of the company’s largest global enterprise clients. Through MASP, Prognos can provide companies with more limited resources the ability to achieve improved performance in forecasting for merchandise planning, fulfillment and workforce management – all in a matter of weeks.
