Citigroup Awards Moxtra “Best Client Engagement Tool” at Mobile Collaboration Competition

Global Competition Showcases Mobile Solutions For Financial Services

CUPERTINO, Calif.--()--Moxtra, the global leader in embeddable mobile collaboration solutions has been chosen as a Top Innovator and awarded the Best Client Engagement Tool at the APAC Citi Mobile Challenge conducted by Citigroup.

The Citi Mobile Challenge is an innovative program by Citi, for participants to showcase their mobile based solutions for the banking sector that provide consumers with a personalized and an intuitive banking experience, in a way that would transform how customers think about banking. Moxtra, the embeddable collaboration platform, won the award for Best Client Engagement Tool for enabling a bank’s customers to collaborate seamlessly with their Relationship Managers (RMs) from anywhere and at anytime.

Moxtra allows customers to instantly connect with their RMs through their mobile banking app. With the capabilities of Moxtra, the RMs can share text/voice messages, documents, presentations, to–dos and reminders for the customers to fill out forms, etc. Customers are able to review alerts/documents and post queries/notes/annotate documents with graphics or voice and share them with the relationship managers directly through the application. Customers & RMs can even conduct live meetings to discuss the customer’s portfolio and if needed, record it.
