New leadership team draws on deep experience from VHA, UHC and Novation

IRVING, Texas--()--The nation’s largest member-owned health care company, created by the merger of VHA Inc., the national health care network, and UHC, the alliance of the nation's leading not-for-profit academic medical centers, today announced the appointment of its new leadership team.

“Drawing on the depth of talent across the organization, our new leadership team has the vision and know-how to meet the current needs of our members while anticipating and building solutions to address future challenges.”
