This partnership integrates Nexthink’s end-user IT analytics capabilities with LANDesk Service Desk and LANDesk Management Suite, to help IT departments drive efficiency, end-user satisfaction and service delivery objectives.

Nexthink provides real-time visibility and analytics on the usage of the entire IT infrastructure and endpoints from the end-user perspective. LANDesk Management Suite can be used to automatically deploy the Nexthink Collector to all endpoints. Through use of LANDesk interfaces, Nexthink’s analytics can be accessed directly from within the LANDesk Management Suite and Service Desk consoles, in the context of the process, activity, or configuration item being worked on. Used in conjunction with LANDesk, provides the real-time visibility needed for operations and support teams to quickly and efficiently plan and implement change management, as well as diagnose and resolve incidents. Nexthink analyzes all end-user and endpoint activity including failures that enables proactive incident management and dramatically simplifies the process of problem management, ultimately reducing the number of new incidents and increasing end-user productivity.
