FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--McGlinchey Stafford announced today that five new attorneys have joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. These attorneys will bolster the firm’s expanding banking and consumer financial services litigation practice in South Florida.

After its entry into the state in Jacksonville in August 2010, McGlinchey Stafford opened its second Florida office in Fort Lauderdale in August 2011, which has since grown to more than a dozen attorneys serving its clients in South Florida primarily in the financial services industry. Between its two Florida offices, the firm now has 22 attorneys.

ABOUT THE ATTORNEYS
Marisa D. Ajmo joins the firm as of counsel, and brings more than 20 years of experience handling and managing mortgage foreclosure and real estate litigation, closing transactions and title related matters. She received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 1991, and her B.A. from Florida Atlantic University in 1988.
Gerardo Levy joins the firm as of counsel, and brings more than 12 years of experience focused on business and commercial law, community association law and directors and officers liability. He also has experience in consumer financial products litigation. Gerardo received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001 and his B.A. from the University of Miami in 1997.
Michael Bostick joins the firm as an associate, and has experience representing banks, lenders, mortgage servicers and other financial institutions in contested foreclosure litigation matters, real estate litigation, creditors’ rights and consumer finance litigation. Michael received his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 2005. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with his B.A. in 2001 and a B.S. 2002.
Matthew E. Hearne joins the firm as an associate, and has represented major lenders, banks and mortgage servicing companies in disputes involving RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, title claims and other real estate issues. Matt received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010 and his B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 2007.
Kevin Inman joins the firm as an associate, and has represented major lending institutions, banks, mortgage servicing companies in a full spectrum of real estate matters, including contested foreclosures, RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, and title claims. Kevin received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2010, and his B.S. from Texas Christian University in 2007.
