SAN FRANCISCO--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--CustomWeather, a specialized provider of high resolution weather forecast and alert services, has released its Ski Outlook for Winter 2013-2014, indicating the best places to go for optimal skiing conditions in the U.S. this winter.
The weather for the upcoming 2013-2014 ski season is looking favorable for ski and snow-boarding fans, with both near-normal snowfall and temperatures predicted for both the Eastern and Western ski areas. The absence of an El Nino this season means the Eastern ski areas are expecting near normal temperatures and snowfall amounts, and that most of the Rocky Mountain regions can look forward to a year of good powder. The one area of exception may be the Northwest; where below normal snowfall is anticipated in the Cascades.
