(NYSE: BKU) (the "Company") announced today the commencement of an underwritten offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain of its existing stockholders (collectively, the "Selling Stockholders"), subject to market and other conditions.
The Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering. In connection with the offering, the Selling Stockholders intend to grant the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 1,350,000 shares in the offering.
