NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--The Pacholder High Yield Fund, Inc. (NYSE MKT:PHF) reported today NAVs for October 10, 2013 and October 17, 2013 of $8.52 and $8.60 per share, respectively. The Fund had previously reported its NAVs at $8.50 and $8.58 per share for October 10, 2013 and October 17, 2013, respectively. The previously reported prices resulted from an incorrect corporate action processed on a portfolio security.
The Fund is a closed-end diversified management investment company with a leveraged capital structure. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide a high level of total return through current income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of the value of its assets in high yield securities. The Fund invests primarily in fixed income securities of domestic companies.
