HOUSTON--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--NorTex Midstream Partners, LLC has named Ben Moore to lead the company as President and Chief Executive Officer. He joins NorTex with 25 years of experience in business development, operations and engineering in both the upstream and midstream energy sectors.

Prior to joining NorTex, Moore spent 12 years at Enstor, Iberdrola Renewable's gas storage subsidiary, where he served as Vice President of Operations & Engineering, as well as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Iberdrola, he served as Director of Marketing & Midstream Businesses for Dominion Resources. He started his career as a reservoir engineer with Tenneco Oil Company and Shell Offshore Inc.
Moore earned an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
