BOSTON & TWINSBURG, Ohio--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan (BMCHP), which does business outside Massachusetts as Well Sense Health Plan, and Envision Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., today announced a multi-year agreement that establishes Envision as the exclusive provider of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services for BMCHP’s managed Medicaid (MassHealth), Commonwealth Care and Commonwealth Choice members in Massachusetts starting October 1, 2013. Envision will begin providing services for Well Sense Health Plan’s Medicaid members in New Hampshire beginning December 1, 2013. The agreement is based on the pillars of pass-through pricing, transparency and service that will allow the managed care organizations unprecedented plan access and customization while achieving lower net costs.
