ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--The HR Certification Institute (the Institute) has received accreditation for its Professional in Human Resources-California (PHR-CA®) and Senior Professional in Human Resources-California (SPHR-CA®) from the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
“We also are thankful for the more than 1,100 HR professionals in California who are committed to the profession and have already earned their California credentials from us”
The Institute’s PHR-CA/SPHR-CA certifications are designed for HR professionals who currently hold PHR® and SPHR® credentials and are experts in regulations and legal mandates specific to the state of California. The exam focuses on California HR-related laws and practices, and HR professionals who earn a PHR-CA or SPHR-CA have proven that they have mastered the unique skills necessary to practice in the state of California.
“We are very pleased to announce the accreditation of our California programs,” said Amy Schabacker Dufrane, Ed.D., SPHR, CAE, executive director of the Institute. “We have long held accreditation for our PHR and SPHR programs and are gratified for this recognition of the rigor and diligent preparation we put into creating our California programs.
“We also are thankful for the more than 1,100 HR professionals in California who are committed to the profession and have already earned their California credentials from us,” Dufrane continued.
