The SRO Analytics Suite enables online retailers to access and use business intelligence on shoppers’ sentiments towards individual products to optimize pricing, promotions and inventory. Until now, retailers had no way of knowing what individual shoppers think of and tell others about products on their website. This information was locked up in social networks, email, text and phone exchanges, and can’t be harvested from click stream data. BevyUp enables retailers to understand shoppers’ predispositions about specific products’ pricing and features by capturing both structured and unstructured sentiment data from collaborative online shopping sessions.
