IRVINE, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Alorica, a worldwide leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announced today that its new Chief Sales Officer Chris Crowley will soon open the company’s global sales and marketing office in the Rochester, New York area to complement company headquarters in Irvine, Calif. As an industry veteran, Crowley is tasked to provide corporate direction and support to the newly formed sales and marketing team. Crowley will identify and hire top-level management professionals to help him drive the company’s expansion plans. The new office will open its doors on November 1, 2013.

With 15 years of executive level experience in the outsourcing industry, Crowley will lead global sales and marketing initiatives that are aligned with corporate goals. Under his direction the newly ensconced team will be responsible for increasing customer acquisitions, as well as elevating the visibility and brand awareness of Alorica nationally and beyond. Prior to Alorica, Crowley was the senior vice president of sales at APAC Customer Services, Inc., and he began his career in the outsourcing industry with Sutherland Global Services.
The new sales office will be located at 200 Canal View Boulevard, Suite 102 in Rochester, New York in the Canal View Office Park and will be an extension of the Alorica Irvine, Calif. headquarters. Currently, Alorica is seeking to fill 15 management-level positions, with plans to expand the team in the future.
