The CMCA designation is issued by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).

To obtain the CMCA accreditation through CAI, a community manager must successfully pass two courses, have hands-on community association management experience and have a community association leader verify their service experience.
Robinson has been in the community association management industry for one year. He started at Principal Management Group in October 2012 as an assistant manager.
Prior to joining Principal Management Group of North Texas, Robinson worked in the logistics industry in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a native of Belleview, Florida. He not only attended Jacksonville University where he obtained a Bachelor’s in Marketing, but also played football as an offensive lineman.
