OAKLAND, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--East Bay Rental Housing Association’s (EBRHA) 7th Annual Trade Expo, set for Wed., Oct. 23, at the Cathedral Event Center near Lake Merritt, will offer presentations and information that combines real world investment property experience with practical advice and tools.

This year’s event will be held Wed., Oct. 23 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. near Lake Merritt at the Cathedral Event Center, 2121 Harrison Street, Oakland. Onsite and neighborhood parking is available, and entry is free for EBRHA members. There is a $20 charge for non-members, and the fee can be applied to a new membership. Key experts from major service organizations such as East Bay Municipal Utility District, PG&E, StopWaste.org and political advocacy groups will present key educational topics, including:
- "New Laws for 2014" - Presented by Ron Kingston, California Political Consulting Group
- "Save Money Going Green" - Presented by EBMUD, StopWaste.org and PG&E
The Expo also features more than 50 information booths staffed by experienced vendors who serve the residential rental property industry.
