The CMCA designation is issued by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).

To obtain the CMCA accreditation through CAI, a community manager must successfully pass two courses, complete two or more years of community association management experience and have a community association leader verify service experience.
Rodriguez has been in the community association management industry in South Florida since 2005. He started his career in property management as the condominium conversion manager for a premier developer in the South Florida market.
Prior to joining Association Services of Florida, Rodriguez was the president and CEO of his own property management company, which he established in 2006. He is a native of Miami, Fla. and has a degree in Business Administration and Communications.
