The M-201 Facilities Management course provides a hands-on approach to help analyze, evaluate, communicate and plan for HOA maintenance in a community association. Individuals who complete this course will help their communities with increased understanding of the various types of maintenance — including routine, previous, emergency, corrective and scheduled.

Caffall has been in the Northern California association management industry since 2009. Prior to entering the association management business, he was in industrial and commercial property management. He was Director of Operations at a large high tech facility in Sunnyvale, Ca. A native Texan, he was transplanted to California in 1989. Caffall did his undergraduate work at the University of Houston and completed his MBA at San Jose State. He has now completed M-201, M-205 and M-206 courses through CAI.
