WELLS, England--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Shoe retailer Shoon has come up with an easy solution for customers who want to return a product – shoes can be returned free of charge via the new Collect+ service.

There are many ways for customers to return an order or an item purchased from Shoon, including returns by post and returns to a Shoon store (available in the UK only). However, the retailer has introduced yet another solution for shoppers, the brand new Collect+ service.
Customers who wish to take advantage of the Collect+ service will benefit from free returns within the UK. The retailer stipulates that all returns must be completed within 28 days of purchase and that all products must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging.
The Collect+ service offers customers a simpler means of returning an item, due to the many thousands of Collect+ stores found throughout the UK. To make a return using Shoon’s new service, customers should write their name and order number on the Collect+ label and attach it to the front of the parcel. The parcel then needs to be taken to one of the 5000 plus Collect+ stores in the UK, where proof of postage and an online tracking code will be given to the customer.

To find a local Collect+ store, customers should text COLLECT and their postcode to 84555 or head to the Shoon Returns page for more information. All text messages to this number will be charged at the standard network rate. Customers will also need to include contact details as well as proof of purchase with each return.
