ORLANDO, Fla.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Nastel Technologies, a premier global provider of application performance monitoring solutions for mission-critical applications from the datacenter to the cloud, today announced that it will be showcasing its latest solutions for self-service, APM analytics and real-time compliance monitoring in booth #404 at the Gartner Symposium IT Expo 2013 being held Oct. 6-10 in Orlando, Fla.
“The new interface, with its support for mobile devices, provides superior ease-of-use for those taking advantage of the latest generation of tablets and other mobile devices.”
Nastel will highlight its capabilities for delivering self-service to stakeholders in development and DevOps who need immediate access to middleware management in order to replicate production problems and rapidly diagnose their cause. Nastel is currently offering a free trial of AutoPilot On-Demand, its solution for self-service.
Nastel will also demonstrate how the advanced application analytics in AutoPilot solution automatically detects anomalies, ends false alarms and help users stay compliant. AutoPilot’s latest release provides enhanced capabilities to uncover patterns that show an authentic problem with application performance long before users are impacted. New analytics have been added to eliminate false alarms, helping enterprises boost productivity by focusing on genuine problems and thus reduce the frequency and duration of outages.
“At Gartner we are showcasing the versions of AutoPilot that our customers have been asking for. From self-service, real-time monitoring and analytics to real-time compliance, our enterprise customers are seeing the true value from these offerings,” said Charles Rich, vice president of product management at Nastel. “The new interface, with its support for mobile devices, provides superior ease-of-use for those taking advantage of the latest generation of tablets and other mobile devices.”
Nastel has made significant gains in the marketplace closing new enterprise customers in both North America and Europe. Recently, AutoPilot was selected by a large European manufacturer to replace their IBM products for real-time monitoring. At the same time, in the mid-western US, a large bank is replacing their BMC tools for middleware monitoring with AutoPilot. In addition, a large multi-national food services provider selected AutoPilot for their WebSphere MQ, Message Broker and Web Services monitoring requirements.
