DENVER--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Ping Identity®, The Identity Security Company™, today announced the addition of Michael Jossi as chief people officer (CPO). Jossi brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to the company, with deep expertise managing human capital functions for high-growth companies. His focus on building culture and instituting programs that recruit, motivate, mentor and lead talented professionals is a welcomed addition to a company realizing extraordinary growth worldwide while strengthening its reputation as a great place to work.
“Mike Jossi brings the experience we need to keep pace with change and rapid growth while balancing our 'people first' ideals.”
“Security is on the cusp of massive change. At the center of this change is the next generation of identity and access management that is built on standards, internet-scale and purpose built for the cloud,” said Ping Identity CEO Andre Durand. “Mike Jossi brings the experience we need to keep pace with change and rapid growth while balancing our 'people first' ideals.”
Jossi most recently served as executive vice president of global human capital for TeleTech, a $1.2 billion company that designs, implements and manages critical business processes for Global 1000 companies. At TeleTech, Jossi was responsible for all human capital functions encompassing the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment and professional development to reviews, compensation and retaining top talent. He also oversaw the investment in technology to support recruiting, selection and training processes, and guided the transformation of the human capital function into a strategic role integrated tightly with finance, IT, sales, marking, legal and operations.
Prior to TeleTech, Jossi served as founder and CEO of Active Education, a developer of innovative eLearning products and services, and CEO of SES Publishing, a publisher of books for desktop and Web-based applications.
“As cloud, mobility, devices and applications transform how people work and live, identity is at the heart of it all, and people are at the heart of Ping Identity. I look forward to working with such a smart, driven team that understands that recruiting and retaining the right people makes all the difference for the organization to extend its leadership in identity while realizing its potential to be the next truly great company. Ping Identity is extraordinary and it's a privilege being part of the team,” Jossi said.
In 2013, Ping Identity has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Most Promising Companies, named Colorado’s Technology Company of the Year at the 2013 APEX Awards, named by IDG’s Computerworld as a 2013 Best Places to Work in IT and selected as selected as one of The Denver Post’s Top Workplaces.
