Kumata received the award on September 28, 2013 at the 6th annual Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare Conference in Boston, which drew an estimated 650 attendees from around the world.
The Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the integrity and credibility of the coaching field.
