CLEVELAND--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Licata & Toerek, Cleveland’s leading small business legal firm, has added two partners to support the firm’s growth in working with business and entrepreneurial communities.

Elliott brings a wide and varied legal background to the firm, including first chair jury trial experience and time as a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Frank J. Battisti’s US District Court. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire and went on to earn her J.D. at Cleveland Marshall College of Law. She has served on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland, and as president of the organization’s Women’s Board.
Elliott and her husband Peter J. Elliott, who serves as the U. S. Marshal for the Northern District Ohio in Cleveland, are long-time residents of Northeast Ohio and embedded in a wide variety of community activities.
Connie Powall, an attorney since 1991, brings her general law practice to Licata & Toerek, which concentrates on civil cases relating to family, estate planning, adoption law, business/corporate law and real estate law.
