Hoffman has been elected to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. He will serve as the Chairman of LiveOps’ Audit Committee.

Currently a financial reporting consultant and former KPMG LLP (KPMG) audit partner and Board member, Hoffman has more than 36 years of experience and expertise in all aspects of financial and SEC reporting. He has counseled companies and their Boards of Directors on how to prepare an organization’s accounting, internal control and financial reporting systems to meet the pre-IPO requirements associated with being an SEC registrant. A State of California licensed CPA, Hoffman has been an advisor to client management and audit committees on complex accounting, auditing, SEC reporting and internal control issues related to revenue recognition, business combinations, employee compensation, discontinued operations, and requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.
