(“DJO” or the “Company”), a leading global provider of medical device solutions for musculoskeletal health, vascular health and pain management, today announced that Vickie Capps, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will be leaving the company at the end of the year to pursue other business opportunities. Ms. Capps will remain active as the chief financial officer of the Company until December 31, 2013.
The Company indicated that it will commence a search for a successor chief financial officer.
