DALLAS--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Associa, North America’s largest community management services firm, announces three executive promotions focused on strengthening the company’s growth and presence in the industry.

Chris Harrison was promoted to senior vice president of operations and sales, an expanded role not only responsible for Associa’s international corporate sales strategy, but also for overseeing branch operations for the company’s Florida and Georgia markets.
Harrison has served Associa in several capacities, including director of national sales, vice president of marketing and national sales and his current position as senior vice president of sales. He began his career in the community management industry as a community manager for Associa’s Alliance Association Management in Austin, Texas.
In addition to holding industry designations, including the CMCA and AMS from the Community Association Institute (CAI), Harrison served as a board member of the Austin CAI chapter for three years and was recognized as Volunteer of the Year by CAI’s Austin chapter in 2007. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and an MBA from LeTourneau University.
Paul Brownlee was promoted from vice president of corporate sales to vice president of national sales, responsible for leadership and oversight of the Corporate Sales Team, Business Development and the National Developer program.

I look forward to leading the sales team and helping advance the sales initiatives at Associa.”
Brownlee’s sales career began in the chemical and petro chemical industry in 2005 and eventually transitioned to the property management industry. Since joining the industry six years ago, Brownlee has played an instrumental role as vice president of sales and marketing for a successful start up reserve-study company, and recently held a position as the director of corporate sales for Associa. He is a graduate of Marquette University’s Les Aspin Center for Government.
Promoted to director of national sales, Gina Rossi is responsible for overseeing the national sales team. In addition, she will continue to work with branch offices, assisting them with successful year-over-year growth and sales of Associa Services, a full line of cost-saving products designed specifically for community associations.

Rossi has more than 15 years of management experience, maintains the highest professional designation, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from CAI and was named the CAI 2005 Property Manager of the Year. Rossi's experience and expertise has also allowed her to speak at CAI Seminars and author articles for Common Interest Magazine.
