The executives are Michael Tupanjanin, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Simon Etherington, Managing Director of Sitecore UK, Shinichi Mochioka, President and Representative Director of Sitecore Japan and Ties Arts, President of Sitecore Netherlands and Belgium.

As Sitecore’s new Chief Revenue Officer, Michael Tupanjanin will be responsible for global customer and partner engagement, and will lead the growth and expansion of all of Sitecore’s global field operations and subsidiaries. Michael brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial leadership and global experience and will be focused on driving Sitecore’s sales and revenue growth across the globe. Michael joins Sitecore with extensive experience in the technology and digital marketing industries, operating successful teams in large and start-up environments such as Microsoft and FAST Search & Transfer.
Simon Etherington will lead Sitecore UK as its new Managing Director, responsible for driving business relationships across the region. Simon joins Sitecore with more than 25 years’ experience leading public and private sector organizations to successful business outcomes through the use of enterprise technology solutions. Previously, he held leadership positions at IBM, SAP and Objective Corporation.
Shinichi Mochioka will lead Sitecore Japan as its new President and Representative Director. He will be responsible for managing operations, collaborating with partners and growing the business in the region. Mochioka is an experienced leader with a strong sales and sales management background in the software industry and a track record of developing high performance teams. Prior to Sitecore, Mochioka held leadership positions at IBM Japan, Oracle Japan, SAP Japan, NetIQ Japan and LANDesk Software Japan.
Ties Arts joins Sitecore as President of Sitecore Netherlands and Belgium, a combined hub that creates scalability and flexibility for leveraging the region’s high growth. Ties brings 15 years of broad experience in the software industry and will be responsible for international growth strategy in the region, focused on large and midsized customers and partners. Previously, he held various roles at Microsoft Netherlands, and the last four years served as Director, Corporate Accounts.
