CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--To make world-class diabetes care available to everyone at anytime or place through live video chat on phones, computers and tablets, SBR Health, Inc., an innovative health-IT company based in Cambridge, MA, is working with Joslin Diabetes Center, the world’s largest diabetes research and clinical care organization based in Boston MA, to enable the use of video to provide point-of-service care and extend its specialist reach, supporting patients through a focus on diabetes education and programs. The Joslin virtual visit program is a key component of the Joslin Everywhere Initiative, in which Joslin is developing technology and processes to reach all those affected by diabetes. The Joslin Everywhere virtual visit program will be featured at the Diabetes Innovation 2013 conference, scheduled for October 3-5 in Washington D.C.
