Granozio began her career as a manager for a prestigious regional builder and was quickly promoted through the years to vice president of the property management division. While in this position, she developed a reputation for successfully transitioning communities from builder control to homeowner control with positive results for both parties.
Her various positions throughout her property management career include Executive Vice President, Regional Manager, Director of Marketing and Community Manager for prominent New Jersey and Pennsylvania management companies. As expected with her level of expertise, she has worked with various developers, board members, committees, vendors and residents. Her determination, ethics, personality and management skills gained her tremendous respect throughout the industry.
Granozio volunteers for the New Jersey and Pennsylvania chapters of Community Association Institute (CAI). She has served for many years on the South Jersey Regional council of the Pennsylvania chapter of CAI.
