The Zoës Kitchen new Quinoa Salad is made with quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, fresh greens, celery, feta, green onions and light lemon vinaigrette. The new menu item is vegetarian-friendly and vegan-friendly when ordered without feta. It is also peanut, egg and soy-free.

The Quinoa Salad will also be available across all locations as a Fresh Side on the Zoës Kitchen catering menu beginning Tuesday, September 24 and as a Fresh Takes take-home tub starting Tuesday, November 12.
