Jim was formerly Global Manager of Corporate Real Estate at Alcoa in Pittsburgh, where he completed over $1 billion in leasing transactions and completed in excess of $2 billion and $500 million of property dispositions and acquisitions, respectively, worldwide during his tenure there.
Jim will lead the expansion of Cresa's industrial platform, coordinating resources and services across Cresa’s 58 offices. Jim has deep experience in the industrial sector, and has served as the Chairman of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and was the recipient of 2008 Excellence in Corporate Real Estate Award and the 2002 Leadership Award from Site Selection Magazine. He is a frequent speaker at local, regional, and national real estate events.
