The London meeting is just one of many CX Day events CXPA will host around the world. Besides the in-person local events, CX professionals can join in a series of online opportunities throughout the day, including a free webcast with CXPA Chairman Bruce Temkin and Dan Hesse, CEO of Sprint Corporation, who will discuss the CEO's role in leading a customer experience transformational journey, four Google+ Hangouts across global time zones, and a Twitter Chat. Clarabridge, Inc. and SDL are Platinum Sponsors of CX Day 2013.
The CXPA group in the UK is planning additional activities to build on the energy levels created by CX Day, and another local networking event will take place on November 26th. CX professionals who are interested in becoming involved should visit www.cxpa.org.
